“Second Act” by Glen Anderson

In his 15 years as a teacher and 20 years in school administration Glen Anderson knew that humor served him well. He didn’t realize, however, that he was also collecting comedic material for a future calling.  Glen is a public speaker experienced at presenting motivational talks that emphasize wisdom through humor. Those presentations led him to study stand-up at ImprovBoston where he honed his comedic skills. His performances are filled with humor about everyday life, education, growing old and stories that have the audience laughing, crying, and yes, even thinking.  Research indicates people should laugh “at least 12 times per day” to remain healthy…Glen says “Why stop at twelve?” To his knowledge, this is one type of overdose that isn’t harmful.

All proceeds go to the Barnstable Education Foundation, a

non-profit that supports educational programs in the

Barnstable Public Schools that are not funded by tax dollars.
